Shore Thing is a modern corner-unit condo in the La Vista Azul complex in Turtle Cove. It has a large private bedroom plus extra sleeping space, lots of windows, and a large balcony that looks out over palms and greenery.

Guests share two rooftop pools with ocean views, a jacuzzi and a fitness area. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the beach, cafés and restaurants such as Shark Bite, Baci and Mango Reef, and close to Turtle Cove Marina, where you can book excursions and water sports, and Smith’s Reef for snorkeling. A great fit for couples, solo travellers, business trips and small families.

Checking in and out

  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
  • Checkout before 10:00 a.m.

During your stay

  • 5 guests maximum
  • No pets
  • Quiet hours — 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
  • No parties or events
  • No commercial photography
  • No smoking
  • Additional rules
    • Checkout is anytime before 10:00am and a late fee of $99USD/h will need to be charged so we can bring in another cleaner to speed up the process.
    • It takes our cleaners 4+ hours to properly clean the villa and have it inspected for functionality. Guests are expected to check out on time so we have the opportunity to prepare the house for the next guest.
    • We kindly ask that you review and respect the following house rules to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone:
    • This is a family home, and we strive to maintain a peaceful environment. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behaviors are not permitted and will not be tolerated.
    • Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any damage, including stained or damaged seating surfaces, linens and towels, as well as broken glassware or other items, will be the responsibility of the guest to replace or reimburse. *Please note, we provide Makeup Face Towels and we encourage guests to use their makeup removal items instead of our white towels to avoid unnecessary replacement costs due to excessive stains, in the amount of $40 USD per towel.
    • There is absolutely no smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. A $500 USD fee will be charged if guests choose not to follow this house rule.
    • Condominium Complex Rules
    • Glass items are not allowed around the pool area.
    • Hanging towels or personal belongings are not permitted on balcony railings.
    • Do not leave garbage outside of the condo door.
    • Do not park in the underground parking.
    • Do not generate smoke, dust, excessive spray inside the condo (it activates our fire alarm siren)
    • Jacuzzi and pools close at 9:00pm.
    • Quiet hours begin at 9:00pm and end at 8:00am
    • We appreciate your cooperation in treating our home with care and respect. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions during your stay, we’re happy to help.
